Little Lewis's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Little Lewis's Story...
Little Lewis is no bigger than a kitten and weighs maybe 3-4 pounds. He's the smallest dog at doggy day care and gets along with dogs of all sizes and people. He's super friendly, follows you everywhere you go and sleeps curled up right next to you, under the covers. He's an amazing little guy that is ready for a home!

He was rescued from an animal hoarder in the Lancaster area.

Little Lewis is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for a safe, loving home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Lewis, a Sherman Oaks Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Sherman Oaks, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Sherman Oaks.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman Oaks already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman Oaks breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman Oaks paves the way for another one to be saved.
