Malaki's Story...
CONTACT jenniferjochat@gmail.com if interested in Juno. Juno is located in Plano, Texas.

Excuse his pink collar, he was borrowing one of his sisters collars as she ate his. :) Malaki is a very handsome boy. Strikingly handsome and the most beautiful shiny black coat and very soulful eyes. <3 I rescued Malaki and his 7 siblings and mother from a local DFW kill shelter just moments before all were set to be euthanized. They were one week old when I saved them. Malaki was born on April 7th, 2011 and is now 7 months old. He was bottle fed from day one of me having him @ 1 week old until weaned. He is a funny sweet cuddly boy. He isvery friendly and playful and quite a little ham. His mother was a Blue Pit, and his dad(s) was an American Bulldog/Boxer with maybe some Lab. All the puppies look so different from one another. He has more of the Labrador traits, unlike his sister Juno who looks more Boxer/ American Bulldog. He can either be adopted alone or with his sister Juno. He is very much a normal puppy. He has bouts of playfulness, and then a lot of the times he is most happy snuggled up next to you. He is great with kids and other dogs. He is not quite housebroken just yet as it is hard to accomplish with 2 puppies, and my own dogs in the home. He is current on all shots, and already neutered as well. He loves treats, dinnertime and bedtime snuggling. Please consider giving Malaki a home all of his own, and if you have room, maybe his sweet little sister Juno as well. They can be separated, but also could be adopted together as they are siblings.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Malaki, a Plano Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Plano, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Plano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plano paves the way for another one to be saved.
