Betsy's Story...
*****HELP! FOSTER HOME NEEDED!*****
This is Betsy, just new to rescue. She is just as sweet as can be. She's a gentle girl who walks well on leash and is fine with other dogs as long as they are well-mannered. Betsy recently had a tumor removed from her chest, which we believe was a success. However, there is a small chance the cancer could have spread. We just don't know at this point. We hope that someone will find it in their heart to give this deserving girl a loving, dedicated home - no matter how long that might be.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betsy, a Mill Creek German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Mill Creek, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Mill Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mill Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mill Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mill Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
