Here's what the humans have to say about me:

2 years old, Black and White, Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle mix. Could it be? Yes, it could. We think Bethany is a small Portuguese Water dog and Poodle mix. She weighs 14 pounds, has 4 white paws with white on the tip of her tail and white on her chest. After looking up the general appearance of the breed we are sticking with our guess. She is so loving, so sweet, walks like a little show dog and it seems she is potty trained. And, she does not shed. Yes, we rescued her from a shelter and it is obvious nobody knew that she could possibly be a close fit to a Portuguese Water Dog. She is now spayed, micro chipped and current on vaccines.
