Meet Bubba He is an Adorable Catahoula who was found abandoned, but we were able to learn his history from some young men. He is about 60 lbs, and less than a year old. He was bought as a little puppy, off Craigs List, and the young couple who bought him dumped him when they were evicted from their home. He is a sweet gentle boy who is good with cats, cows, a baby llama, and other dogs. Sadly, he is a very light heart worm positive and we are in the process of treating him to rid him of these easily prevented parasites. His adoption donation is only $150, and this will help defray his vet care and treatment. We do not have a shelter and our rescues are housed in a private home. For security reasons, ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO MEET OUR RESCUED FURKIDS. "Drop-ins" are not permitted. If you have room in your heart and home for one of our rescued furkids, please submit an Adoption Application.
We depend on public support/donations to house and care for these sweet dogs. Donations may be made via Paypal to Donate@pekesandpals.org. Your donations are tax deductible! so PLEASE consider helping us to save more abandoned dogs.
We are located in Fort Myers, Florida. Out-of-state adoptions are acceptable, but WE DO NOT SHIP ANY OF OUR RESCUED COMPANIONS, and adopting families must come to Pekes and Pals to complete the adoption process. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. I wish I had time to reply to every question on every dog. Sadly, I do not. I will reply to questions sent in by those submitting an application first. I do hope you understand.
