Holly's Info...

Holly's Story...
Holly may look like a tiny Sheltie, but she is a Papillon/long hair Chihuahua mix. She is about 8 lbs and estimated to be about 6 years old. Holly has a slight twitch in her back leg due to some possible neglect in her first two years but she still loves to go for walks and play with toys. She also loves laying in the sun and just hanging out with her foster mom. Her dream is to find her own forever family who will love her and take care of her for the rest of her life. If you feel you have room in your heart and your home for this beautiful little girl, please go to our website at www.RescueAChi.com and complete an application. We will call you to set up an appointment to meet Holly.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holly, a San Diego Papillon/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon/Chihuahua for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Papillon/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon/Chihuahua breeders who help with Papillon/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
