Domestic Mediumhair Cat for adoption in Alexandria, Virginia - Baby

Facts about Baby

  • Breed: Domestic Mediumhair
  • Color: White (Mostly)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Medium

Baby's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Baby's Story...
Baby will be six years old in February, 2012. He loves to sit next to his person and be petted. He's a bit cautious at first but once he's comfortable with you, he'll want to be near you purring away, with a paw touching you. This cute boy would probably be best as a single kitty and it will probably take him some time to warm up but once he does, he'll be your best boy. Baby's great about using the litter box and he scratches only on his perch/scratching post that he loves - never the furniture.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baby, a Alexandria Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Alexandria, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Alexandria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alexandria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alexandria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alexandria paves the way for another one to be saved.
