Belle's Story...
Meet Belle!

Belle is a 3 month old Husky mix. She is very sweet and smart!
She is rambunctious and loves to run and needs a family that will be able to take her out on long walks and play with her a lot. She knows how to sit, 'go awooooo' (basically, it's just 'speak')), laydown, and 'hush up'. She suffers from separation anxiety and will whine, and try to escape, if left alone, though she is getting better. She is also timid around larger dogs, so she wont do so well in a house that has other canines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a Wasilla Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Wasilla, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Wasilla.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wasilla already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wasilla breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wasilla paves the way for another one to be saved.
