Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Weldon is a great puppy that loves people. He wants the love and the attention. He was born on 8/9 and loves the water. I hope someone will give him a chance even if he is a black puppy. Black puppies/dogs are the hardest one to place because people wants the colorful ones but please give him a chance. His adoption fee is $421 and that does include his transport fee.
