Mama Lucy's Story...
"Hi, I'm Mama Lucy, a BEAUTIFUL little lady with siamese markings and the most amazing blue eyes. I'm about 5 years old (as of march 2007). I'm called Mama Lucy because I gave birth to 5 beautiful little babies and my humans told me that I was being the most excellent mommy. That's a nice compliment, of course, but for me it was just part of my character. I'm very loving, sweet and gentle and LOVE to be petted. And brushed! Boy, do I love to be brushed. If you want to meet me, please come see me at the Santa Ana Petsmart (find the address on: I can't wait to find my forever family!"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mama Lucy, a Yorba Linda Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Yorba Linda, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Yorba Linda.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yorba Linda already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yorba Linda breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yorba Linda paves the way for another one to be saved.
