My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bert is an awesome guy. He is pure Bernese Mountain Dog and he loves to be outside with you. He has a brother, named Ernie who depends on him very much. They were fostered together for about 3 years then brought to the shelter together yesterday. They are quite large dogs, but just as friendly as they can be. They get along well with other dogs, but no cats are welcome around them. They think that is their meal. They are both already neutered, up to date on their shots, heart worm tested, so they are ready to go home with you today. If you have a large place in your heart for these big boys, please contact one of the volunteers to set up a time to meet them face to face. You won't be sorry you did. They are awesome dogs. You can contact Melodie at 217-822-3980 or Linda at 217-466-1062 and please leave a message with your name and phone number and we can return your call as soon as we receive it. Please call instead of e-mail, we are very slow at returning e-mails.
