Honey's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Honey's Story...
Honey is a shy, sweet one-year-old Spaniel. Honey loves to go on walks, to be brushed, and most of all she likes to stick by your side so would be a wonderful faithful companion for someone wishing for a dog totally devoted to them. Because Honey is startled by loud noises and quick movements, she would probably be do best in a home without small children.(Honey seems to favor women but will adjust to men with some quiet patience.)

Hopes Haven shows dogs by appointment only once an application is approved. Applications can be found at www.hopeshavenfriends.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey, a Salem Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
