Cutie SUZIE!'s Story...
Suzie has the striking, beautiful color of a tortoiseshell. Suzie is quite shy, but will warm up once she knows and trusts you. We’ve had her since a kitten, so she’s been waiting a long time for a home of her own. One of our great volunteer socializers says, "Suzie is becoming more social and will be picked up and I can put her on my lap. But tread lightly, it takes some time. However, she never has ever tried to bite or scratch. She loves tuna."

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cutie SUZIE!, a Monrovia Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Monrovia, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Monrovia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monrovia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monrovia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monrovia paves the way for another one to be saved.
