Beauregard's Story...
Beau is a 6 year old Saint, but still has a lot of life and love left in him. He was rescued from a local shelter on the eve of his scheduled euthanasia and whisked away to the vet where he was neutered and brought up to date on all his shots. He is a very sweet guy who is totally respectful of the resident dog and cat in his foster home. He is housetrained and hasn't had one accident in the house. He is mellow, but still likes to play. Totally trustworthy in the house with no separation anxiety or bad habits that have been detected. And he likes children! This is the perfect family dog! If you are interested in adopting Beau, please go to our web site at www.sunnysaints.org, fill out and submit an Adoption Application and you will be contacted within 24 hours.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beauregard, a Bellflower St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
