Princess's Story...
*VERY VERY URGENT!* Princess - ID#A094263: I have been at the shelter since November 17, 2011. I am an approximately 1-1/2-year-old Boxer mix. Pretty Princess has the most adorable under-bite that gives her the goofiest expression. Princess is a quiet girl and enjoys the company of all people. She was great around my boys, but was nervous from all the barking from the other dogs in the kennels. Princess deserves to be treated like a queen and I wish nothing less for her. Princess has sensitive skin and the cleaner used to clean the kennels bothers her bum area. A little TLC and some medicated shampoo will clear her skin right up. Princess will make a great addition to any family. She was found at the intersection of Fir and Center Streets in Yuba City.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princess, a Yuba City Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Yuba City, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Yuba City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yuba City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yuba City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yuba City paves the way for another one to be saved.
