Please do not apply for Gracie unless you have a permanent vacancy in your lap that needs to be filled, because Gracie might just climb in and never leave!! We can't believe that Gracie was a stray brought in by Animal Control and was never claimed. She's in dire need of a good grooming as you can see, but she is as sweet as they come - - a real social butterfly with a tail wag and a smile for anyone glancing her way! She's a little frightened by all the big dogs at the shelter and because it's a 24/7 outdoor facility, she's freezing left to the elements all day and night, but that's not the only reason she'll be grateful for a home: Gracie is simply a people dog and wants someone to adore! We think Gracie is about 3 years old, she is a healthy and she seems housetrained. We can't be sure what her true mix is - - can you guess?
