Chance's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Chance's Story...
I was hungry and homeless and found myself on the front door step of someones home, but they too didn't want me until some really really sweet ladies decided I was too valuable to be left out in the rain. So here I am. And to show my gratitude, I never mess in their home, I get along with their many other dogs & cats, I do not cry at night when I go into my crate to sleep. My foster family is very very loving which is what I want when I get my real family. As you can see, I'm cute.I'm a bit too skinny because I didn't eat much for a long time, but I know I'll look great when I fill out a bit. I'm also very much a lover and want to be cuddled. I think having kids to love on me would be wonderful. But not kids who need to have diapers changed! They'd take all the time away from everyone thinking about me. Please call the wonderful people at BCAR and ask to see me!!!

Chance is about 2 years old and currently weighs 30 pounds. We expect his 'filled out' weight to be around 45 pounds.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chance, a Big Canoe Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Big Canoe, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Big Canoe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Big Canoe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Big Canoe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Big Canoe paves the way for another one to be saved.
