My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Junior.
2 1/2 yo Male Chinchilla Persian.

Junior came to Rescue with his sister, Lola. They were purchased from
a breeder by a lady who took great care of them. The cats even had
special pillows in the car so they could travel with her. The woman
died, and the husband didn't take care of the cats, so they got all
matted up and smelly. Then, the "Wicked Stepmother" came, and the
cats were thrown out to live in the garage and outside. They spent a
year in this condition before they were finally surrendered so that
we could find a safe home for them. We're so happy they are here, and
so is Junior. Junior is a confident and loving fellow. He would be
fine with other cats and doesn't seem bothered by dogs. While Junior
has spent his entire life with Lola, we don't think they are so
bonded that they have to be placed together. However, we would
certainly make it first priority to find them a home where they could
live together forever. Junior has been completely shaved. We have
posted his current photo along with a picture of how he looks when
he's in full coat. Junior and Lola will be placed into a loving
foster home in Davis, CA.
