Meow! My name is Callie

Callie was abandoned in June 2011 along with her 5 littermates and mother (Blackie). Callie is a nice, quiet girl who would do well in a quiet house (older, gentle children would be okay). She does enjoy petting and some brushing (she will let you know when she has had enough). She doesnt ask for much and would love to live out her senior years sitting in the sun with someone who will love her. Callie does not like getting into a carrier. We could show you how to put her in a carrier without much trouble.She does get stressed easily because of what she went through before coming to live with us. She was living in a van in the hot weather and no a/c, then to another temporary home with her person, then back to the hot van.  If you would like to meet her, please email: meadowsspirit@aol.com and we can set up a time with her foster home. 

UPDATE: 8/1/12 Callie is still waiting for that special someone to come along. She is a sweet girl who would love a person to call her own. Please email us with any questions.
