SPIKE's Story...
SPIKE - Courtesy Posting, Please contact owner directly: Donna Victor (321) 663-9692 LAKELAND, FL. SPIKE is a 9 mth old Hound mix male. He is a great dog, great with my 3 year old daughter and even better with my 10 year old son. I have recently changed employers and working 14 hour days 6 days a week. It is not fair to Spike to be locked up all day in his crate. He is full of energy and just such a happy animal. Maybe you can find someone with a yard or less of a crazy schedule. He would be a great holiday gift for a family! Please contact me if you would be able to give this fabulous dog a great new home with more love and attention than we are. He deserves so much more. THANK YOU – Donna Victor (321) 663-9692

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SPIKE, a Largo Hound (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Largo, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
