Wiley can from No More Homeless Pet Low Cost Center in Jacksonville, fl.
He was in total fear and untouchable. Our rescue leader, who specializes in fearfull dog, got Wiley to jump in her lap and Mr Wiley is a totally happy go lucky little guy. He needs to smell you first before he will let you touch him. Once he knows you're okay, then he is full of kisses. His foster mom's grand-kids love him. He is a snuggle bed bunny. loves being under the covers. He knows how to use a doggie door and gets along with other small dogs.
See him on weekends at Petco on Atlantic./ Kernan. on Saturdays from 11 - 4 pm.
