My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

IT’S THE GEORGE BURNS AND GRACIE ALLEN RADIO HOUR!!! Are you old enough to remember that? It doesn’t matter.....unless you already have a dog named George! Now wouldn’t that be a hoot?!

Now for a bit of advertising, like they used to have on the radio show. First, I am a registered lemon Beagle. Now we are talking rare and hard to find, an ‘Antiques Roadshow’ dog....except I am not an antique. I am only 7 months old, but I am showing my character all the time. Ready? Go! Starting with A: Adorable. To Z: Zesty!

Seriously though, folks. My foster mom, Jessica, says I love laps, love to ride, am like totally potty trained (I even let her know when I need to go....you know, like outside). I better stop there; I might oversell myself, which would be impossible. I use the doggy door with finesse, am cool with other dogs, and also really like men. Uh huh! Love those men. But women are pretty cool, too! The truth? I just want a loving parent, no matter your age or gender.

They say I deserve it because my owner had a stroke and then I was just dumped by .......someone. Can’t remember her name, BUT I’ll never forget her face. I am spayed and ready for you to show off your rare Lemon Beagle. You are lucky I am being lovingly cared for by a foster. Fosters really get to know the dogs, how we behave in different situations, our ‘true’ selves. In fact, Jessica would love to keep me, but she already has four. BUT the good news: YOUR gain.

Come on now. Think about it, fill out the app, and hurry. Lemon Beagles, did I say, are rare, and I am a rare dog in general—loving, sweet, potty trained, and funny, like Gracie Allen.

Do us both a favor and check me out. You will NOT regret it. I promise. So does Jessica.

My best to you and my future family. Gracie the Lemon Beagle
