Carly (in foster)'s Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with cats.

Carly (in foster)'s Story...
Sweet little Carly. When she came into the shelter as a stray she was just so scared she would barely move. Fortunately Carly went into foster care, and has since then come out of her shell. She likes other cats and people. Loves to play. She allows her nails to be clipped, her ears cleaned, and she loves being brushed. She is a very sweet, petite girl and would do well in a quiet, multi-cat home. Carly has had all her shots, including rabies, tested negative for FIV and recently spayed. Fill out an application for Carly and we will contact you asap.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carly (in foster), a Trenton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Trenton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Trenton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Trenton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Trenton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Trenton paves the way for another one to be saved.
