William Shakespeare (Willie)'s Story...
Hi! I'm Willie! I was found wandering around near the rescue since my family moved and left me behind. Some kind people made sure I made it to the rescue. So now I have a temporary family but I really need a family of my own.

I was a little puppy when I first came to the rescue, but now I am a sweet young man! I love to play with other dogs and with my toys. I like playing with the tennis ball even though it is almost as big as my head. I'm potty trained. I also love to cuddle and will sleep snuggled next to you if you let me in your bed. Please come and take me home with you so I can have a forever home. I promise I don't take up much space!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

William Shakespeare (Willie), a Newcastle Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Newcastle, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Newcastle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newcastle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newcastle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newcastle paves the way for another one to be saved.
