Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Miss Kitty was found by Faye Higgins at her church seven years ago. Miss Kitty showed up one day and Faye rescued her and took her home in Startown (Catawba County) where she has been ever since. When she was found, she had a collar but there was no contact information. She had been spayed and it was clear she had been someone’s pet. The vet approximated her age to be about 1 year at that time. Miss Kitty is a tiny cat recently weighing only five pounds. Because she has such a strong appetite, she was given an examination and diagnosed with a hyper thyroid and is being treated. She is taking a pill twice a day and the sitters are having no problem giving the pill to her. She is rapidly gaining weight and has always had a lot of energy and plays a lot. She also recently had her rabies shot. Miss Kitty loves to talk. She is an incredibly affectionate cat and loves to sit in the lap of anyone who will hold her. She too is living in Faye’s home with her sisters and being taking care of by sitters who visit about two hours a day.
