Daisy #2's Story...
Daisy just came into rescue after she had been a stray at a shelter. While in the shelter, she was so shy and scared that we were asked to take her into rescue. She is a very sweet beagle with a very nice temperament. She likes to go for walks and gives wags and kisses to everyone she meets, including her foster mom's 4 year old daughter. Daisy is learning how to play with the other dogs in her foster home and the kitties, too. She is also housetrained as well. Daisy would do very well in a home with a family with a flexible schedule or a family who had a dog for her companionship.

Please contact Eva if you would like to welcome Daisy into your home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy #2, a Elk Grove Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Elk Grove, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Elk Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Elk Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Elk Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Elk Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
