My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, they call me Champ and sadly, I have been given up at the tender age of 10 years young. Even though they have owned us since we were kittens, our humans decided that they no longer wanted me and my feline sibling Missy.

We survived them having the first baby, but having the second one changed everything. They didn't have time for Missy and me any more and said we were too much trouble. We tried to be as good as we could and stay out of everyone's way, but the day before Thanksgiving, our human dad brought us to the animal care facility where they put us in a cage.

I wasn’t too happy about it, but I was braver than Missy and there were a couple of people there that petted me and talked nicely to me. They made me feel a little better, but it wasn’t the Thanksgiving I was dreaming of.

I guess it could have been worse. Everyone is really nice here and people come and play with Missy and me and pet us and give us treats. It’s not so bad...but it isn't home either.

I would really love to go live in a home again. I am a pretty cool cat and very playful and affectionate. I’m always waiting by the door to say hello to anyone who walks by and if they come in I am over joyed!

I could be the cat of your dreams =^-^= I would love for you to come down to the ACF and meet me and see if we are a good match!

The ACF is open daily from 9am to 4pm. If you have any questions about me or my feline friends at the ACF or about adopting one of us, please call Bob at 619-840-9727. He is an awesome cat adoption counselor and cat petter!
