Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Jinja's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Jinja's Story...
Jinja is a quiet, reserved and somewhat independent lady who may take a little time to give you her heart - but once given, it will be yours forever! Jinja gets along with other dogs, but should not be placed in a home with cats or livestock. She is house trained and very well mannered. Her calm, dignified manner would be enhanced by someone who loves her and is willing to take the time to train her properly. A foster home for Jinja is needed, so if you can't make a lifetime commitment to this beautiful dog, please consider offering her a temporary home.

Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you sterilized, up-to-date on shots, micro-chipped and treated for internal and external parasites. An adoption fee of $185 will help offset the cost of care.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jinja, a Seattle Basenji/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basenji/Golden Retriever for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Basenji/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basenji/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Basenji/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
