Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hailey is a happy, healthy, stunningly beautiful girl! She is cream/white colored with ice-blue eyes. She is 4.5 months old and about 25 lbs currently. Hailey is a smart little gal who learned how to use a dog door in about two seconds. The police out at the Ft McDowell Indian Reservation seized Hailey and her brother, Comet, from their owner who left them outside chained to a tree all night with no shelter when it was freezing cold. Boy you can bet they were grateful to come to a home! They are both very sweet and snuggly. They love to give kisses and curl up beside you. Based on past history of what I know about the dog in the area, I estimate Hailey will be 45-55 lbs when fully grown. The dogs on the Reservation come from many generations of mixed breeds. With her blue eyes I would say that she has some Australian shepherd for sure and then also some Labrador or golden retriever. She is good with other dogs and with children. She is crate-trained and doing well with house-training. Hailey's adoption fee is $250 and that includes de-worming, spay, microchip, rabies vaccination and series of DAPP puppy vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Hailey, please contact Delon.Washo@asu.edu or 602-295-4518.
AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
