Boo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Boo's Story...
Boo was found on a road in Kentucky. A Good Samaritan found him and took him to a vet, then contacted BDRA. Boo is probably around 7 months old. He is housebroken and crate trained, and loves EVERYONE. He is the happiest, sweetest puppy I've ever met. Whenever he meets anyone, his tail doesn't stop wagging. He wants to meet every dog he sees. He's great with kids. He is just a love, and a fantastic dog. I can't say enough good about him. Everyone who meets him falls in love with him. He's a bit of a chewer, as puppies are, but we are working on that and he listens to corrections well. He will make a wonderful pet for a lucky family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boo, a Madison Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer for sale in Madison, or seeking a Pointer dog from a breeder in Madison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Madison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Madison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer breeders who help with Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Madison paves the way for another one to be saved.
