Buck's Story...
Buck is a neutered male Chihuahua mix dog, approximately 3 years old. He is a happy boy and loves everyone, even cats. He is energetic but also enjoys sitting on the sofa with you. He is very affectionate and loves to be pet. Buck was found at an apartment complex where it is believed that his previous family moved out without him. He has been in foster care ever since and has been an easy dog to deal with. He is kennel trained & housebroken as long as he gets out to "do his business" regularly. Although he doesn't currently have use of a doggy door, we believe he would certainly learn to use one quickly - he's smart & wants to please! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buck, a Glendale Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Glendale, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Glendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
