for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Chloe's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Chloe's Story...

Chloe came to Animal Friends Society with her sister Layla who found a home of her own in November. Chloe is still looking for her forever home. She is a sweet girl and very affectionate. She would love to have an owner to cuddle with and take walks. She gets along with most dogs, but would probably do best in a home by herself with a female owner. She is fearful of men.

Chloe is approximately seven years old. She is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested (neg.), wormed for intestinal parasites, and started on a monthly flea and heartworm preventative.

Chloe's adoption fee is $150.00. Animal Friends Society is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization and we rely on donations to continue to save and care for the animals that come into our group. Our adoption fees help us to continue our mission of spaying and neutered.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Lutz Border Collie/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Golden Retriever for sale in Lutz, or seeking a Border Collie/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Lutz.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lutz already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lutz breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lutz paves the way for another one to be saved.
