Cindy's Story...
*VERY URGENT!* ID#A094679: I am a spayed female Queensland Heeler (Australian Cattle Dog)/Labrador mix. I am a senior. I have been at the shelter since December 7, 2011. Cindy is listed as a Queensland Heeler/Lab mix. She's some sort of Heeler/Cattle dog/Lab mix, but who knows? All I know for sure is that she is an absolute sweetheart that wags and wags her tail and snuggles next to you for attention. Cindy is an older gal who could use to loose a few pounds. Cindy moves a bit slow because I suspect she has some arthritis. If you have room in your home for a sweet, beautiful, older lady who loves completely, adopt Cindy and enjoy every moment with her. She was found on the intersection of Hwy 113 and Hwy 99.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cindy, a Yuba City Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Yuba City, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Yuba City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yuba City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yuba City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yuba City paves the way for another one to be saved.
