My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brody is a handsome mixed breed ready for his forever home. He appears to be mostly hound with a touch of herding skills bred into him! When you study his face (which is very handsome and sweet) you can see Beagle wrapped in the fur of something else. Perhaps Border Collie. Brody is full grown and only weighs 39 lbs. with a compact build. He is completely house-trained, and pure pleasure to be around. He is very dog social and would be a great candidate for the dog park, or would fit in at open play at doggie day care. He just ignores the cats. Children would be a plus for this dog as he loves the human interaction.
Brody was born in August of 2008 and adopted out as three month old puppy by JCAPL. Recently, Orange County Animal Services called us saying they found one of our dogs in a shopping center parking lot and asked if we could help find the owner. In the end, the owner did not want to reclaim the dog and he came back into our program. We can not imagine anyone letting this dog go.

He is neutered, dewormed, current on vaccines, and heart worm and flea & tick preventives, and is microchipped!
