Simon was turned into an animal control in Indiana when his owner died. The animal control had a very low adoption rate and poor Simon was terrified in his cage, so IAR rescued him.
Simon is about 3 years old. He does fine with dogs and doesn't care about cats. We weights about 190 pounds. He generally walks pretty well once he gets to know his handler.
IAR would prefer Simon go with an experienced Saint Bernard owner, as he can latch on to particular people and "protect" them.
Once he gets to know people he's a gentle giant--he loves squeaky toys and rolling over and getting his belly rubbed.
Simon's adoption fee is $400.

All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on their vaccinations, heartworm tested if age appropriate; treated for fleas/ticks and urgently awaiting adoption!
The dogs and cats are so very appreciative of your support. Together we can save these forsaken loving 'innocents' who are condemned to death.
