Paige's Story...
My name is Paige and I am 12 week old Beagle. I weigh 11 pounds and I was tossed over a fence and into a yard. The people who found me on their deck could not take me into their house because they have 5 aggressive Akita's so they put me in their shed until rescue could be found. I am so glad they found this group. They picked me up as soon as they heard about me and started getting me all my vet care. I am very sweet but I am a baby so i do cry. Please go to www.atailtotell.com and fill out my application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paige, a Mount Gretna Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Mount Gretna, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in Mount Gretna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Gretna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Gretna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Gretna paves the way for another one to be saved.
