Kiara's Story...
My story: Hi there! I am Kiara, Kovu’s sister. We are a pair of sweet playful kittens that love to purr. We were living under a truck, which kept us a bit warm at nights, when our foster mom saw us. We were quite hungry then, so we ran towards her hoping she would have a bit of food and maybe some needed love to offer. And guess what?! She took us home, gave us a nice bath, and fed us yummy food. After some loving care from a team of volunteers, we are ready to find our new home! I am sure we can make someone very happy, as we have plenty of unconditional love to give back!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kiara, a Tampa Calico kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Calico kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
