Chipper's Story...
Hi! My name is Chipper and I am a sweet soul with lots of love to give! I am very well behaved and enjoy people and animal friends alike! I loves to play fetch and will bring the ball back every time! I promise! I do have a bit of a stiff front shoulder...I think I have a bit of arthritis so I slow down in the cold weather but it doesn't stop me from having a good time! Once I warms is time to play! I do well with most other dogs and I love children! I will be very gentle around them and careful to never knock them down or overpower them. I would do well in just about any home and I would even do great with small children or an elderly couple.
I have been at the shelter for close to a year now and I really do deserve to find a home of my own. Will you be my new family?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chipper, a Cedar City Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Cedar City, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Cedar City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cedar City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cedar City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cedar City paves the way for another one to be saved.
