I am purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
My name is Ariel and not so long ago, I was sure there was no hope for me. I was living in the woods in Marshall County where I was dumped with nothing to eat and no place to live. My nails were so long that my toes were curling up, my beautiful white spots were dark yellow from dirt and grime, and I am so thin that you could see my ribs, hips, and shoulder bones. I had no energy and all I wanted was a nice place to lie down and sleep… and maybe not wake up. Every step I took was a painful reminder of how unhealthy I am. My saving grace was my sweet face. One look at me and they were hooked. I was rescued by MBR and arrived at a beagle wonderland. I was given food, water, and a warm bed… three things that most dogs take for granted.
I have gained a lot of weight, and I am doing so much better. I really need a home to call my own. Please consider me for your family!
By day two, my rescuers noticed that I have a bad cough… it worries my foster mom. But I have a great appetite and after a warm bath, nail trim, and a few meals… I’ve gotten perkier. I love to be petted.
