Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Boz! His foster mom reports, "He is pure puppy, about one year old, great coloring and appears to be purebred. His white fluffy fur frosted on the back and ears in a little gold just takes your breath away. Boz is sweet, loving, and playful, but not aggressive or excessive. He sleeps through the night either in a small spot in your bed or in a dog bed next to the bed, and plays well with our three dogs. He is not destructive at all. . . he only plays with his toys.
Boz loves to be around people and other dogs. He is very smart and patient, as he waits in a “sit” for his treat and takes it with his gentle mouth. He should be fine as your single dog, as long as he has frequent doggie socialization opportunities, or is in a household with another dog. Cats. . . not so much. He is a wonderful little boy! He will offer you one or both of his paws in friendship.
And what a lover and lap dog! And his small size, maybe 40-45 pounds, makes him accommodating to most laps.
Boz is not a bolter and has identified with his pack. He is very easy to acclimate to a new environment.”
And Boz says, “Wow. I love love love my foster home. I made myself right at home. I never get in trouble like my foster puppy brother. And I have to be part of everything.
Chow time? I am all over it.
And what do I love? Going for car rides and walks. Snuggles. Playing with my foster siblings. And cheese. And my very own can of tuna.
And I would love to go to doggie obedience classes. I bet I could get my CGC in no time!”
Please note: Boz tested positive and was treated by GRFR for heartworm. He has been taking it easy, vets, orders, and will be cleared for normal activity on or about January 1st. "Yay, lets run and play now!" Boz will need a follow up blood test on or about June 1st which GRFR will pay for. As you may know, fortunately, heartworm is both preventable and treatable.
