My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COURTESY POST. CONTACT BOARDING@KAMPK9.NET.

Wally is a 10 - 12 weeks Jack Russell terrier mix puppy who was found in the parking lot of a Wal Mart. He currently weighs about 15-20 lbs and will likely grown into a small-to-medium-sized boy. He came into foster care a bit shy and unsure about meeting new people. He is learning quickly that all the new people he is meeting think he is the cutest thing ever and fall in love with him.

Wally is a little Velcro puppy who loves to be with his people as much as possible. He is very quickly learning about crate-training, house-training, and is even practicing sits! He is a super sweetie, very gentle, and oh-so-polite, especially for such a youngster.

Wally loves treats which is making his training easier. He has been living with other large breed dogs and cats in his foster home, where he has learned that they all are his friends.

Wally seems to really enjoy training sessions and he will really enjoy puppy/beginning obedience Part of his adoption fee will be credited toward enrollment in a puppy socialization/ obedience class. This will also help to make his transition into a new home much easier.

Wally must be neutered before his adoption is finalized and will still need a few more vaccines when his age is right. He has been dewormed, received his first puppy vaccine, and flea/tick preventative treatment. Please contact us if you think Wally might be a good fit for you.

PLEASE CONTACT BOARDING@KAMPK9.NET OR MANHATTENARS@GMAIL.COM to learn more about Wally and to request an application for adoption. It is our goal to make a great match between your family and our wonderful dogs.

Adoption fees range from $200-$250 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!
