Alberto (Bertie)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Alberto (Bertie)'s Story...
Alberto (Bertie to his pals) was rescued from a rural Riverside County shelter where he was out of time due to space reasons. He was not fairing well either and had lost a lot of weight. We rescued him as a kind foster stepped forward and opened up her home to him. He is a submissive little guy who gets along well with everyone. Our Vet aged him around 3 years of age. Bertie will probably top out to around 7-lbs.

Bertie is crate trained, neutered, has had a dental is fully vaccinated and micro-chipped and ready for his new home. He is a quiet little guy, who is very loving. Bertie walks beautifully on a leash and can go anywhere. Please, no large dogs or small children due to his small size.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alberto (Bertie), a Orange Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Orange, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Orange.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orange already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orange breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orange paves the way for another one to be saved.
