Windy is a cat who loves attention from people, yet is a bit agitated in the shelter environment. She was found wandering around on the street with an old eye injury, very matted fur, and some scabs on her ear. When she first came to us, she was naturally quite upset, but she is learning that she is in a safe space and that people can be trusted. She is very interested in human affection, but sometimes swats because she is tense around the other cats. She would most likely prefer to be an only cat in a home. Windy also absolutely loves to play, so some wand toy action may be the way to her heart. Windy was born in 2009.
