My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tinsel was rescued from a high-kill shelter, but despite her scary start in life, she is very friendly and affectionate. Both she and her sister Glitter went straight from their carrier into their fostermom's lap, excitedly nudging their faces into hers, giving kisses and nuzzling into her as close as they possibly could. Tinsel loves to play and cuddle with her sister, and they can often be found curled up together napping. Tinsel has a particular fondness for a teddy bear toy that she carries around in her mouth as she walks around. She also loves people, in particular, she loves curling up on her fostermom's lap for a cuddle and a nice long nap, purring all the while. Overall, Tinsel is not needy, actually she is quite independent, however if you don't have time for her when she climbs into your lap for a cuddle, well, Tinsel won't accept that, she'll just climb right back on your lap whether you like it or not, and it's impossible to resist her love and cuteness! When she wants attention, she will cock her head to the side and then flop onto her back to entice her human friends to give her a cuddle. These sisters have so much love to give, and would love to be adopted together. If you would like to meet Tinsel (and Glitter!), please call Abbey Cats to meet them!
