NESTLE in Tempe, AZ.'s Story...
I am a very well mannered girl, my father Bugsy taught me all I know. I am very well versed in life and what I am supposed to do. My manners are impeccable, I am a happy independent girl.
My foster mom says I am a good girl and listen very well. I am independent enough to go outside on my own to potty or lay in the sun but need my family to be home most of the time. I ride perfect in the car as I love to go everywhere with her. I behave perfect but am not fond of the showers with her but it means I get to sleep with her so that makes it okay. I love to be near her when she is at her desk or watching TV, she tells me a lot how much she loves me!
I am not the puppy wanted by most people, but I am way better! I have many good years left that I would love to spend with someone that appreciates me and loves me back - isn’t that everyone’s dream? I don’t chew your shoes, dig holes in the yard, run away, potty in the house, or drive you crazy with puppy stunts. I do not do well with small children as they are too rough with me. I just want to be a good girl and love you!
I told my father Bugsy that I would be okay if he was placed separately from me, hoping it would give him a better chance to find a home - it is hard to find a family to take the two of us, we still hold hope though! I would like him to have a friend to watch over him for me. I will miss him terribly but I want the best for my dad.
Nestle's birthday is August 14, 2002 and she weighs 19 lbs. She is spayed, micro-chipped, heartworm negative, current on vaccinations, crate trained, leash trained, potty trained and ready to be adopted! Nestle is being fostered in the Phoenix metropolitan area and her foster home wants her to be adopted within driving distance. If you are interested in adopting Nestle, please submit an adoption application at www.abgra.org. If you have questions, please contact us at the email link below.

About Our Rescue Group...
American Brussels Griffon Rescue Alliance Inc. (ABGRA) came into being to meet the needs of the Brussels Griffons and Affenpinschers who are abandoned, might be abandoned, or whose circumstances we can improve. We will endeavor to accept these Griffs, regardless of their circumstance, knowing that we might be their last hope. We strive to leave no Griff behind.
We are especially mindful of the Griffs that have spent their lives in commercial breeding facilities and who will have a chance at a better life through our efforts.
ABGRA is a non-profit national rescue group founded to provide commercially bred Brussels Griffons and Affenpinschers a chance at living in a home for the first time as a pet.

All adoptions go through our website-
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption donations are from $200 - $350 and reflect the vetting costs incured for each dog as well as some dogs whose costs far exceed the donation.
We interview all references provided and require a home visit before placements. An adoption contract is required. If the dog is returned within 30 days, a refund will be issued. ABGRA requires adopters be 25 years old, or older, and are looking for stable permanent adoptors. In most cases, these breeds are not recommened for families with young children or for people who are not home for long periods of time. They are the perfect pet for someone who can take their dog to work with them, work from home, or are retired.
