Imagine yourself at 4 years of age, let go on the streets to fend for yourself once you were no longer useful to the people you THOUGHT were your family but in reality were only using you as a breeding factory...this is Taloolah's story. Luckily a Take Me Home volunteer was contacted by the shelter and was told she was running out of time. We rushed over to meet this tiny Boxer girl the shelter was calling amazing and who had been waiting for a month for a forever family. Not one person even asked to take her out! Why you ask? The only reason we can surmise is that she bares the signs of having many, many litters of pups.

Taloolah is absolutely beautiful, gentle, quiet, housebroken and great with kids and is a mere 40 pounds. Taloolah would be best to be the only dog in the home. No cats for our girl too. Taloolah is the perfect age for that family who wants an non-destructive, easy dog to come into your home like she has lived there her entire life with no worries...super easy. Be ready to share your bed though as she is a cuddler and loves to sleep in your arms!
