Doree's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Doree's Story...
Doree is an 11 month old female Red Dappled Dachshund mixed with Boston Terrier. She mostly resembles a Dachshund. But her face is not narrow. She is spayed, current on all vaccines, and housetrained. Her parent gave her up because he was working too much. She would spend weekends with a 2 yr old little girl. Doree is a high energy dog and needs to learn to control herself (barking) But that is easily fixed. Adoption fee is $250.00. Please visit www.masrescue.org to fill in the dog adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Doree, a Baltimore Dachshund/Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Boston Terrier for sale in Baltimore, or seeking a Dachshund/Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Baltimore.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baltimore already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baltimore breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Boston Terrier breeders who help with Dachshund/Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baltimore paves the way for another one to be saved.
