My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi My name is Berta and I'm approx 8 years old!

I came into rescue last November.

I'd been quite neglected and was used as a breeding dog but I am as sweet as can be! I would love to be someone's companion dog!

Because of my past, I can't seem to get along with other dogs, I get very jealous when other dogs get lovins in front of me ~ I'm so starved for attention and love I want it all for myself!!! Since I was never treated well I don't realize there's enough to go around. Because of this I need to go to a home with NO other dogs, cats are ok, though. Kids should be at least 8 or older.

Things are definitely looking up for me now that I'm in rescue and I'm looking for someone who can be dedicated to me and give me all the attention I deserve!

My adoption fee is $200.

Adopters must live in Ohio or within 2 hrs driving distance of the border.
