Adam is a 2 yr old, short haired, black male cat. He was someone's cat at one time because he is a sweet and loving boy. He was found at a cat colony where he was apparently dropped off when he was no longer able to stay with his owners, for what ever reason.
Honestly, what is more beautiful that an all black cat, that is the picture of health with his beautiful, shinny black fur just gleaming? Now don't get me wrong, I love all cats, but a glistening all black cat is a sight to behold! Adam is one of those gleaming beautiful black cats.
He was taken into the vets and was tested, neutered, wormed and got all of his shots. His is now available for adoption to a Forever Home this this time.
The volunteers, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens, that we help facilitate finding the new 'forever homes', and work very hard to make sure they are healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only Royal Canin cat food. An application can be obtained, as well as our pet list, at www.catadoptionri.org.
We are at the Providence Petco, located at 585 N. Main Street, Providence, RI every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm and you are welcome to come by and meet and greet all of the cats and kittens that are looking for new 'Forever Homes'. Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten on adoption day as each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their finding their new 'forever homes'.
The adoption donation is $150.00 each after an approved application. This is not a sale, but an adoption donation. The adoption policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be adopted out spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all ages appropriate shots. There will not be any adoption of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us, and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO!
