My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Talk about a cutie!!! Don't let the photos fool you, Cooper is a small dog with lots of hair weighing a mere 8.6lbs at this time.

Cooper is a 5 month old Yorkie-Poo. Cooper currently weighs approximately 8lbs and is estimated to weigh (at maturity) 15-20lbs. Cooper is a fluff ball with lots of hair; he does not appear to shed although he will require alot of brushing and grooming to ensure his coat does not become matted.

Copper is great with children and other small dogs (he has not been around cats or large dogs yet however he is so sweet that we do not see a problem with his socialization skills). Cooper is seeking a forever home with a family that is willing to give him the time and attention needed of all puppies his age; he will need continued potty training even though he knows how to use a pee pee pad while contained in a large pen.

Potential adopters must agree to allow Cooper to live inside their home, to sleep inside and provide adequate food, shelter and medical care per our adoption agreement.

Cooper's adoption fee is $250 - The adoption fee includes the following: Vaccinations, nueter, microchip, deworming, first dose of heartworm preventative, first dose of advantage, harness, collar. 100% of your adoption fee will go toward the rescue of another dog from a high-kill shelter and is tax deductible.
